everything happens for a reason. and i would very damn well like to know why today happened.

page 12 of 366 was disastrous for me, an emotional roller coaster ride. if you thought I was crazy before, seeing me today would make you doubt no more.

it just seemed slightly impossible. out of all the faulty products, why me?
one second, i'm okay with the whole thing, I can even joke about it. and the next, i'm gasping for air thinking why is all this happening to me? don't I deserve an iphone too? after all this wait, nothing? *pulls hair*

just feel like screaming my lungs out. but there's no one to direct my anger at, for it is nobody's fault. probably only myself to blame for having such rotten luck.

thanks to friends and family and the guy from Apple Service, i'm still holding on to that tiny bit of faith I have left.. please Lord, pretty pretty please?

part two of my China post.

you probably think my trip was disastrous as I was sick. well it was, at the beginning though. on the third day I almost wanted to bail from the Jiu Zai Gou trip and just hide in the hotel, but that wasn't an option as we were gonna stay at a different hotel. boohoo

Day #4

disheleved looking brothers

during the entire trip, we were entitled to three rooms. mum and dad in one, me and my youngest brother, and the two brothers above in one room.

they were last to arrive at breakfast that morning, and when they did, they both looked tired with their hairs all messy, and proceeded to fill their plates with tonnes of food. haha

we were heading back to ChengDu that day. before leaving for the airport, we did some 'shopping'. first stop was the crystal shop.

youngest bro's hair resembled Justin Bieber's after taking off his hat, so we made him take this picture. he looks good, doesn't he? :D

didn't buy anything from here. was so tempted to buy a pink bracelet from the place, costing around RM150? regretted not buying it when we left the place, part of me kept telling myself that it's a once in a lifetime opportunity to come here should've bought it as a souvenir. bleh. now i'm like, thank goodness i didn't waste money on it. LOL!

next stop was to buy tea. they let us drink different kinds of tea and even taught us the proper way to drink it. mum bought like.. 5 years worth of tea from the place. -_-

made me kinda pissed after that cause she can buy so much tea and said no to my bracelet?? tsk! haha but well, just glad we got away with a few bags of the above candy. :D

after lunch, we were off to the airport. I wore my sunglasses there, but nobody gave a damn. no one even stopped and looked. common', i thought i looked like a movie star wearing sunglasses indoors but guess I was wrong. HAHA

after less than an hour's flight, we were back in Cheng Du. after the freezing temperature in Jiu Zai Gou (-10 degrees celsius), suddenly 10 degrees felt like nothing.. hahaha

anyways, the tour guide brought us to a famous street. where we can buy food, and also small souvenirs etc.

saw so many stuffs I could've/would've bought if I had RMB with me, but I didn't so I bought nothing. lol and honestly the stuffs aren't as cheap as everyone say it is. hmm

and before leaving the bus i drew on my eyebrow because i was feeling insecure without my fringe.

while walking, my brother suddenly said to me,

"your brows look weird. like you're wolverine or something."

so I took a pic and here it is:

after an hour or two, it was dinner time! :3
tour guide - Alan brought us to this famous 'xiao chi' restaurant. nyum nyum. best dinner we had in China.

sooooooooo many dishes. seriously bloated after that.
notice the white kueh with green liquid oozing out of it? damn that thing tasted like heaven! actually it's just peanut inside but I guess I just miss Malaysian food so much anything Malaysian-like would suffice.

after dinner, we headed back to the hotel. hey, you might think i'd be bored with nothing to do in the hotel. you're wrong!

there's actually some decent China dramas on TV. but the names of the characters are kinda lame. for example - 钱多多(money many many) wtf.

Day #5

the next day, we headed to "Huang Long Xi" Village. another long bus ride to the place...

the place was huge. many things to see, as usual, the view was amazing. :)
took lots of pictures, tried lots of food. we were having the time of our lives. :D

but one thing about China people - they are very rude.

there was this lady selling rabbits, I asked the price and she wouldn't tell me. why? because she knew I was a tourist, therefore it's not possible for me to buy it and bring it back, therefore she refused to tell me the price. wtf is this? stupid.

one more thing, they're all money minded.
when they see you, they keep asking you to buy things from them. wtf. like move aside bitch you're breathing my air you're in my space. -.-

throwing all the anger aside.. urgh.

while we were enjoying eating, dad suddenly got mad at us because we absentmindedly spoke chinese to each other. i guess he was feeling left out as he didn't understand chinese. so ka-boom. angry dad

frown frown frown. hahaha i'm so mean. :B

don't worry. he got better after awhile.

the place was huge though. mum kept walking and walking and walking. all of us were like, hey isn't it time to go back yet? LOL

after the village, off we were to see the world's biggest Buddha.

after that, we headed back. and our tour guide said we're going to see the Sleeping Buddha. lol! it's actually the mountains coming together to shape like it.

and it was actually visible in the first boat picture I took, just that none of us noticed before.

til suddenly a girl asked, "hey, what's that thing?" while pointing to the tower at the lower part of the buddha. HAHAHA everyone burst out laughing wtf

anyways, we went to the Ebony Museum after that. bo-o-ring. lolol museums were never my thing, but the ticket wasn't cheap so i tried my best to pay attention.

so here it is, the long overdued China post. :O
I just hope my memory doesn't fail me.

(my bad but i think most of the pics would be of me and my family HAHA)

at Miri Airport. waiting for our flight to KL! :D

that night, we stayed at Tunes Hotel, since our flight to China is the next morning. and they really weren't kidding when they said the place was small. LOL whut. but I slept like a pig, so no complains. ngehehe. I left my Hello Kitty earrings there though T_T

thankfully i still have the other half -0-

Day #1

scrumptious breakfast at KLIA.

best part of holiday-ing with the fam is that you don't have to pay for food! hehehe :9

after 5/6 hours, we arrived at ChengDu, China. :D

I was reluctant to put on my HK hat cause well, shy mah. /blush

then mum was like put on your hat lah, it's so cold. so I did, and I took a picture to make sure I didn't look ridiculous.

tried my best to take some nice pics from the bus, but i guess i'm just not gifted in photography -_-

and from the pic above, you can see how many people there are in China. if there's that many people in Miri, i don't think i'd have the mood to go shopping anymore.

all was well until I suddenly got car sick. /facepalm. seriously? that was when we almost arrived at the hotel. and when I get car sick, the feeling won't go away. only sleeping for the whole night will cure it.

as if things weren't bad enough, that night during dinner, the first bite i made, I bit some kind of herb that numbs your whole tongue and just makes my whole body uncomfortable. I shivered like mad after eating it and thus dinner was ruined for me LOL.

but no worries i still can camwhore. hahaha!

that's basically our first day in China. just dinner then rest at the hotel.

Day #2

early in the morning, we departed to the airport, heading to another place called Jiu Zai Gou (九寨沟). we were told that the altitude of the place is really high, and that we might have problems breathing. mum definitely didn't make things easier by telling us that we might die if we don't exercise a lot before the trip. -___- yes she really told us that!

but praise the Lord i'm still alive and kicking. xD

i was still feeling nauseous the second day. thus my dead face in most of the pics. I puked inside the bus. wahaha. into a plastic bag mind you. i felt a whole lot better.. for a little while.

after lunch, we went to see a waterfall. it is said that the water from this waterfall is so clean, it prevents aging if you drink from it. lol wtf. but i didn't see anyone selling magical water anywhere so yeah.

guess what, I puked a second time when we arrived at the place. LOL! i don't know why it just feels like such an accomplishment. :p

and I was too weak on the day I handed the camera to my brothers so they can snap some pics of the waterfall. fyi, we had to hike all the way to the top. my goodness.

youngest bro. i noticed his face looks like this whenever asked to take a pic. haha. i guess that's his 'camera face'.

Day #3

the night before, I was feeling so bad I didn't have dinner. the next morning during breakfast, some of the others asked why I wasn't there for dinner. aww made me feel so touched. :p

I was feeling much much better that morning. :D

it was a very cold morning. -10 degrees celsius. insane!

after breakfast, we went out of the lobby... to see snow! woots. it snowed the night before and therefore, our next destination will be even more beautiful due to the snow. (that's what our tour guide said)

so we were off to our destination. the famous Jiu Zhai Gou. lots of lakes and waterfalls with gorgeous views there. and silly me left my bag inside the bus cause I thought we were just stopping for toilet break. -__-

before arriving, the bus driver stopped by the road to put chains on the tyres as it was slippery. and everyone jumped out of the bus and took photos :D

arrived at yet another hotel, this one's a nice hotel because the prime minister of China stayed here before lmao.

the room is nice, nescafe provided (hell yeah!) but then again, the food was.... bleh. I really can't stand China food. it just doesn't suit my taste buds.

after dinner, we walked over to the Opera House right beside our hotel. it was damn cold. i'm glad i listened to dad and put on an extra coat.

and thus ends Day #3. so sorry can't continue on to Day #4 because I haven't edited the pictures. and if I don't resize em, it takes forever to upload the pics. owh well.

i'm listening to 李佳薇's 煎熬 and it's as if my heart's performing summersault after summersault, twisting, and just making me feel.. uneasy. ugh move along, move along.

the days are moving by fast, but not fast enough. i really really really can't wait to get my hands on my new phone. i'm also really excited for Chinese New Year, well, who isn't?! hehe
no new hair for me this year, boohoo. but i guess new clothes will do :D

January has been kind, so far. so many new buys during these few days. haha. damn shiok.

belated christmas everyone!

i wrote so much words, but deleted it all. i read back and it just feels like crap to me. my blog's like crap now. i don't know what's wrong with me. i'm feeling lost, don't know why i feel this way. i guess it's probably of that stupid dream which i had a few days ago. funny how something that never crossed your mind, suddenly becomes all you think about, once the thought is planted in your head. inception?! it's possible.

i don't want to feel this way. heck, i don't even know what is this i'm feeling. all i know is, i stay up late at night, sitting in front of the computer doing nothing, listening to One Direction songs. i just want to disappear, run and hide from everything. this was the old me, i'm supposed to be a better person now. seems like i'm growing back to my old habits. *sigh

hello! i am back from my trip to China! (well few days ago actually hehehe)

~~did you miss me? did you miss my updates? haha :D~~

well the trip was fun. kinda adventurous, not my typical type of holiday of course. my ideal holiday would be to stay in a five star hotel, sleep til i wake up naturally, and shop for the whole day. hah!

so many activities throughout the trip. mountain climbing, waterfall hiking, village visiting and whatnot. no doubt, the scenery in China is breathtaking. and i definitely can say the same for its food (no, not in a good way).

sad thing about the trip is that
1. for the first two days i was sick, and i got car sick and puked -_- when we arrived at the waterfall i was still kinda sick and i puked again. HAHA hallelujah!

service was good, and the garlic bread looks presentable. (the last garlic bread we had at the Parkson branch was horrible)

we had the 7 cheese pizza with chicken toppings. HEAVEN! *licks lips*

ohh it's bout time i squeeze out an update to fill the emptiness of this blog. D:
life's been busy, great, good. but my gum is swelling and it hurts like hell. thankfully i feel it getting better, the pain is more bearable now, and my fever is gone. :)

actually it's a good thing, falling sick before travelling. at least i didn't fall sick during the holiday right? :D

well.. the past week was nice, though tiring.
attended a Christmas party on Saturday. it wasn't that fun, to be frank. no droolable guys at all, we just sat down, ate and i spent the rest of the night staring at cute kids. haha

last Friday (11/11/11 :D), Doris, Kri and I had steamboat.

went through a series of unfortunate events before finally arriving at the place. but it was all worth it!

firstly, we actually wanted to try out the new steamboat place at Boulevard area. but alas the place was packed with people and we had no booking. saw Joanna sapo there too. lolol. a funny incident happened but i think it's best not to mention it HAHAHA (you know i know lah xD)

so we decided to just find some place to eat in Permy Mall, since it opened on the day. i was already starving by then, and seeing the line of cars to the mall definitely didn't help. finding a place to park was a hard task, and the funny thing was, we saw the steamboat place that Doris showed us on facebook. so yeah, we ended up eating there :p

the place was jam packed too!! D: but thankfully, we managed to find a place. and believe it or not our luck was so rotten that day the moment we stepped into the place, it blacked out. -_-

but like i said, all is well. and we had a great steamboat :]

it's an okay movie - unrealistic, makes you happy yet sad at the same time because you try your best but you just can't find it in you to hate the bad guy in this movie for being some sick, grudge holding dude, just because he is head to toe perfect, despite that scar on his face, which, if i might say so myself, totally increases his level of sexyness. :9

hahaha i am sick! but yeah, his biceps are so huge and those eyes, THOSE GORGEOUS BLUE EYES AND BLONDE HAIR. need i say more?

but the main guy is hot too yo. med student with the perfect GPA and body. wtf. unrealistic movie indeed. aren't nerds all skinny and you know, nerdy? *poker face*

another unrealistic aspect of this movie is how perfect the cast is. all perfectly toned ass and perfectly shaped boobies and abs and biceps and whatnot. so if you enjoy watching pretty people get eaten by sharks, this is the movie for you!

throughout the movie Kri and i came up with a few more unrealistic things of the movie:

- are sharks able to jump above the surface of the water?

- assuming that they do, HOW ON EARTH DID THEY KNOW THAT THERE IS 'FOOD' THERE?

- i understand that sharks can smell a drop of blood from idk, 1000miles away? but at the beginning of the movie, the black guy wasn't bleeding or anything. how did the shark know it was food huh?

- and seeing how the shark can swim as fast as a motorboat, how then, did the main guy outswim the shark later on in the movie??!

- if your friend fell off a boat and you know there is a shark chasing your boat, do you seriously think turning back would make a difference? does witnessing your friend get eaten clear your conscience? *face palm*

- why are sharks so greedy? they ate one human being already shouldn't they like take some time to digest before eating another (more hotter) one?

- WHO ON EARTH LIVES IN A MANSION ON A PRIVATE ISLAND, WITH NO PHONE LINE??

ahh, finally. end of exams and stress and hello 4months of fun fun and more fun.
just kidding, i'm working tomorrow. (:

today was a great day. finished the last paper of this semester, then had lunch with good company, and spent the whole afternoon (12-6pm to be exact) singing our lungs out. damn i can still feel my throat swell from all that shouting and screaming and singing. ahaha. great day indeed.

but all of a sudden, seeing one or two emo music videos, it made me feel sad, all of a sudden..
you appeared. i saw you this morning, looking so good, so good it seems almost impossible to stop myself from having these feelings for you. i tried, i tried to stop it, i really did. but it's not easy. all of a sudden my mood was low like fuck, i even teared a little from the MV.

sometimes the girl with the loudest laugh and the happiest smile, is just trying her best to cover up the sadness and sorrow that lies inside.. but when you see her staring into a distance, emotionless, with so much sadness in her eyes, please leave her be. no words will make her better. she just needs a little time to be sad, a little time to feel alive, but don't worry, the happy girl will be back, just a little bit of time is all she needs.

on a lighter note, watching Real Steel later. can't waited to drool over Hugh Jackman :B

besides, i deserve to be happy. it's just funny how seeing you makes my stomach lurch, makes me all giddy and happy, but at the same time, seeing you makes me know that you're in love with someone else, and that makes me sad, so sad..

so i read this book again last night. it's a special book as it lets YOU decide the ending of the story. so of course i had to give another go, since the last time all my endings were SUCKISH. ie, i lost my best friend and the guy. what??!

and what's worse is i made all my decisions based on what i'd do if this situation occurred in real life. omg so is this a prediction that if i did what i did in real life, my ending would be like that? sucks man. i mean seriously. seems like all the bitchy decisions (in the book) lead to better outcomes. what happened to being a good person huh? T_T

and weird thing is, with every different decision you make, the guy's attitude changes. -___-

for example,
if you choose A, (which often is the right thing to do), he ends up being a psychopath or he suddenly realizes how much he loves your bestfriend and couldn't bear to break up with her. thus, you didn't get the hottie AND you distance yourself from your best friend and turn into a loner.

HOWEVER, if you choose B, (which is the bitchier choice, say, leave your best friend who passed out on the ground and go off with him on his motorcycle), he miraculously realizes how much better off you are compared to your best friend, and opens up to you on things he never told his girlfriend aka your soon to be EX best friend. WTF

something freaky happened the other day.

watched Final Destination with Doreen and Chang. i was shaking and making weird noises all throughout the movie >:(
i bet nobody would want me as their movie date anymore.

anyways, after we left the cinema, my heart was still pounding. i don't know why i felt so uneasy.
scenes from the movie kept playing back in my head. i look at something and immediately picture something happening which leads to my gruesome death. it was torturing, really.

but just like the movie, there are actually signs leading to the death. but of course in reality we don't die in such a horrifying way lah. *fingers crossed*

well here's the thing that happened:
after the movie, we went home. i was driving that day. sign #1 was that we realized my wipers weren't working well. the windshield was still dirty making it hard to see.

we reached the traffic lights beside the police station. it was a green light so of course i continued driving. however as i was driving midway in the yellow box, only then i noticed sign #2. the car in the slow lane wasn't moving. at first in my head i was thinking, hmm it was a green light, why didn't he drive?

so i took a look at the traffic lights. sure enough, it was green. but alas, after closer look, it was saying that the turning to the right was green, not move forward green. WHAT THE SMURF!

then right before our eyes, sign #3 appeared. a car was U-turning and I was about to drive into it. thank God in the end i managed to brake and turn my car to the left. I heard a bump but til now i'm not sure where that sound came from as there was no damaged on the other car. even my car was unscathed.

it was so so scary. the first thought that came to mind was 'fuck. i'm screwed.'
but praise the Lord, nothing happened. the other driver was stern but he didn't give me a hard time. all he said was, "my gosh you're so young. you're not married right?" i guess what he meant was it would have been such a waste if i died so young. that's really touching in a way. how he valued my life, and didn't even scold me saying that i could have caused him his life, or his car.

and before he left, he also asked me to pray. hahaha. and yes indeed i should.

thank you Lord for keeping me safe that night. thank you for preventing whatever it was that was supposed to happen. Thank you for letting me have Doreen beside me. i probably would have broke down right then right there if she wasn't there. and also, thank you thank you for letting me still be alive. so many things could've happened. there could've been a car from the other side driving at high speed and crashing into me? but for now, i'm just grateful i'm given a second chance. :)

after that we left for Merdeka Mall to catch our movie! :B Cars 2. it was damn friggin funny. til this day i still couldn't find my ass. i accidentally laughed my ass off that day :S

and lastly, had KFC for dinner! wuahaha. honesly my burger sucked. the meat was so hard :( but enjoyed it nevertheless. hehehe

remember the Window episode in How I Met Your Mother?
I do! and I love that show because it teaches us many things about life. it's like Ted's Guide in coping with failure in life & love, and how you need friends to get through life.

first off, you have Ted's BFF Marshall, -who kinda reminds me of Bryan probably cause of the height-, who's kinda awkward and geeky, but never fails to be there for you in times of need.

and you have Lily, the friend who has a lot of opinion and won't rest til you take her advice. i don't really like her, to me she's kinda manipulative. but then again, she's good sometimes, kind hearted and just wants the best for everyone.

Robin, best friend slash ex lover of Ted. this goes to show that sometimes (though not recommended) ex-es CAN still be friends. but honestly she's kinda weird and desperate, very career minded she is. but just like the others, she's a good friend. the only one who is brave enough to bitch slap Lily if she goes overboard.

Then we have the friend everybody loves to hate -- Barney Stintson.
who doesn't love Barney? ahaha. the Barney who created the bro code, the one who overuses the word 'legend.... -wait for it- dary' and who loves giving high fives. the one who has a witty comeback to just about everything, and claims himself as Ted's best friend. though a player in nature, he'd do just about anything for the girl he loves.

Last but not least, we have Ted. Ted's a nice guy. struggling through life, just like all of us. i like him because he's strong, he believes in his dreams and goals, and he fights for them. He believes in fate, and he never stopped believing that he would find the perfect girl and marry her. and he did. (though we still DON'T KNOW WHO THE HELL HIS WIFE IS!) He's hard headed, and sometimes ends up making silly decisions. and here's what i love most about him -- he sticks with his choices, and though he ends up hurting/humiliating himself, he regrets nothing. He is true to himself and his choices and that's what i admire most about him. :)

okayy back to the Window episode. in that episode, there's this girl that Ted has been waiting to date for years. every time she breaks up, her neighbor would call Ted and tell him that "the window's open". and every year, Ted rushes to her apartment, wanting to console her and hopefully becoming her next boyfriend, but every year, someone beats him to it. so he decided that this was the last straw, the next time the damn window opens, he's gonna be the first there no matter what.

and indeed, his chance came, and he was the first to arrive. he brings her to their usual bar. He was gone for awhile and as always, someone beat him to the girl, and the guy ends up marrying her. though disappointed with his defeat, as always, Ted accepts the fact and gives them his blessing.

to me, this episode portrays a really important and meaningful message --- if something wasn't meant to be yours, then no matter how hard you try to make it happen, it just won't. maybe that's the mystery in life, why sometimes hard work simply doesn't pay off.

i think i'm saying this because there's this guy, he's totally my type (to be honest) but he has a gf. so i was thinking to myself, what if one day he breaks up with her, maybe i should rush there first so i'd have my chance. ROFL. but you read my post right? i'm assuming you did. so you should know that i won't do that. ;D

(and i can't believe i wrote all these words just because of one thought that flashed through my head)

not that i'm not happy now, i guess i'm just insecure with the way my teeth looks cause many commented on my gums whenever i laugh. -_-

in case you didn't know, dad bought a new camera last Sunday :D
and him getting a new camera = me having a new camera to use! life's good oh yeah.

haven't really got used to it though. and not quite sure whether i like this more or my older one. hahaha though it's a very old model (the previous one) I somehow grew fond of it. :S
and it tears me apart knowing that the only way to revive it is to buy a new battery, which costs RM100++++ ugh.

hahaha i find this rather amusing. okay okay before beginning my rant, i better translate the above so that some of you who can't read chinese, will know what i'm ranting about.

An iphone to go with it perhaps. and a branded bag, heels that aren't meant for walking but makes me look taller and at the same time works out my ass. what else? maybe slimming session or slimming pills so I'd look better. a driver so I won't have to go through the trouble of finding parking places and paying samans. (oh wait, i have money, i'd probably block someone on purpose since the money don't matter anyways)

If I had money, and i mean LOTS of money, i'd visit the saloon every other day, to make sure my gorgeous locks are in perfect condition. I'd have all the latest fashion clothes, simply because I can pull the look off, and because i'm rich enough to follow the latest trends, so why not? I'd fly first class to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, New York, Paris, just to stock up on my brands. Hermès, Prada, Chanel, Versace, Miu Miu, Louis Vuitton and whatnot. life's good when you're rich.

If I had money, I'd organize fancy parties in Balcony (cause that's the most happening place in like, Miri). free liquor all night. who wouldn't love me? all the hot guys with big big guns will come rushing over and probably strip for me. HAH! not to forget my super expensive BMW sports car i'd be driving in, I might even get my own special reserved parking spot right beside the place. sweet. face it, we're all money's bitch. we'd do just about anything for money. money money money money and more money. $$$$$$$$!

okayy. i had to wipe my drool after writing all that. imagine, if I had all the money in the world, I can buy everything on my wishlist. how wonderful life would be. but fact is, i don't got all that money. life sucks and it's my reality. so don't go saying shit like "it's not about the money money money", cause guess what?! life IS all about the money. been quite down lately.. don't really need to elaborate on that. not sure how to either. listening to these sad songs, the melody tickles my heart but instead of laughing, it feels like crying. haha.

my week was.... eventful, and tiring. it's nice being so drowned with stuffs but then again, it's nice to take a step back from all that and just breathe too.

really happy that Monday classes are in the afternoon. hehe so i can sleep in tomorrow.

well, i just got back from work at Parkson. worked for Digi during the weekends. it was tiring, my eyes were killing me (they still are) and standing for the whole day was just...... exhausting. glad that i made new friends though. and thanks for the people who accompanied me during lunch and dinner. haha <3

why is it whenever i'm trying to save i see things and get tempted to buy them? >:(
for example, i saw the FCUK watch in Parkson (not gonna reveal where HAH! SO SUE ME) and fell in love!!! like, i've been searching high and low for it for YEARSSSSS!!!!
but none of the shops are selling that brand. i even continued my search in Philipines when i went back that year, but NO LUCK!!

and NOW, it's available in PARKSON!?! can you see the dilemma i'm in? *big fat sigh*

friday night, finally we had our shisha session with Daryl. but alas the shisha in Miri wasn't up to his expectation. tssk

Thursday night was the Four Season's wedding performance. it was fun, nerve wrecking, but fun.

anyways, had pre-celebrations firstly with awhyo (on the 19th) and with Musketeers (on the 20th). on the date itself i had dinner with my family and relatives. they came all the way from the Philipines to surprise my dad. his birthday was on the 18th. fun filled week indeed.

had dinner at Sanga. honestly i didn't know they were celebrating my birthday too. i thought it was just Susan's. only when I saw the cake then i know. haha thanks guys <3

i realize that some things are meant to be seen from afar, to preserve its beauty. i'm talking in parables, please try to read between the lines.

that pretty face really serves its purpose well. you make hearts flutter and skip a beat. you make fools out of people who'd shed blood and tears for you. ahh~ but a pretty face is all it'll ever be now, is it?

i'm an emotional train wreck. i get mood swings so often it's like i'm having my period every single day of the year. like whut? why am i saying this? i've no idea. i'm just so sick of being blue.

you know the answer to a question, and you know it isn't the answer you want. you asked anyways, and indeed, you were right about the answer. why then, did you still feel sad? you were well aware that the answer wasn't going to be pleasing in the beginning. there's nobody to blame but yourself for not killing that last bit of hope you had inside of you. poor poor fool.

an emotion filled night

you know that feeling you get, where you with all your heart, want to reach out and do something, anything that will make things better, but can't. it eats you up inside, wanting to help so much yet being so helpless at the same time.

you must be wondering what i'm talking about.

my little brother was once again, been mistreated at school. last time, he was bullied and his books were thrown by bullies in his class. he was scared of them. imagine going to school in fear, dreading each day's arrival, wondering what they are going to do to you next. i remember him loving Ben10. but he refused to use the Ben10 bottle i gave him on his birthday, saying it is too childish. so i'm thinking probably it's his classmates that have been saying mean things to him. well, screw them all.

another time, he was pushed by one of his classmates and fell face-first on the floor. he came home with wounds on his face. the person who pushed him said 'it wasn't his fault'. well my dear boy, if it wasn't your fault, why then did you run away instead of helping him up? was it not out of guilt? oh don't bother, i might be wrong. you were probably in a hurry to pee.

and now, i found out that his teacher hit his head with a book just because he wasn't paying attention during class. and when he did that, his head hit the table. wow. what fantastic teaching skills are being applied in SJK Chung Hua Krokop. perhaps one day it'll even be legal to throw your students off the roof just because they were late for class.

sure, students may be hard headed, but hitting them? don't you think it'll make things worse hitting them on the head? like, what if their brain gets smashed, or what if they lose their memory? think about it.

i just really want the best for my little brother. he means the world to me. and it tears me apart knowing how hard his life has been. why are all the bad things happening to him? why not me? can i share the burden? that's all i can pray for, because i really don't know what else i can do.

i complain that i don't have this and that, while others around me are so much better off getting whatever they want.
then again, there are times where i feel unworthy for the things that i do have. sometimes i feel that God is too good to me, that i don't deserve the things I have. and that He should instead be kinder to others, for others have worked their asses off more than I did.
you get what i'm saying? neither do I. i'm just weird. and i complain too much. >:(

it's July already!
time's moving so fast it's so hard to catch up. but it feels good, watching the days go by quickly. i like this feeling. kinda. ;D

nothing to blog. just wanted to show off my new bag. hah!

bought the zombie keychain to go with it. it's so so adorable.

Merdeka Mall's actually not that bad. quite a lot of stuffs here, but sadly all the boutiques are selling expensive stuffs. plus parking fee is RM3 for the first three hours. whut? even worse than Parkson.

it's pretty stupid honestly. why charge such high parking fee when you have way more strategic malls such as Parkson, which MOST people would prefer going to.
just my opinion.

maybe my problem is that i'm not straightforward enough. i suck at expressing myself. what i want, how i feel. i just keep everything to myself, and smile as if nothing's bothering me. and when i'm pissed, i just keep quiet and distance myself from everyone.

maybe that's where it all went wrong. maybe i shouldn't be so damn quiet and damn obedient, doing every single fucking thing everyone asks me to. i'm like a dog, barking when someone calls and following every instruction given to me, whether it makes me happy or not.

maybe that's how i got so fucked up in the end and made me so fucking pissed that i wrote this post. i promised to never use the f word anymore, but here i am repeating my past mistake. but you know what? i like swearing. it gives me joy. it honestly does. so just let me release my anger, okay?

and you know what? i realize people only come to you when they need something. you see it coming and it's just funny, and sad. nobody needs you. nobody. so why bother?

have you ever pictured yourself dying? you see a car driving beside you, and immediately in your head a scene of it crashing into you flashes. seconds later, you're back to reality. you breathe a sigh of relief, but the scene lingered. you thought about it, and prepared yourself for it really happening. i've been these flashes once again these past few days. haha. maybe i'm just tired of living. tired of living to please people.

guess what? Saturday night, Jac and her cousin, Cass, came over my place after work.
we dyed our hairs. :D

Jac had highlights.

it was fun. dying our hairs so late at night. the messy process of washing the dye off. all of us were reluctant to wash our hairs, we wanted to be the last to wash it off cause the longer it's on the more obvious the color. haha!

the color is uneven, one side is brighter than the other. but what the heck, finally got color!
happy happy. plus mum and dad were cool with it too. only my littlest brother had issues with me dying my hair. he kept giving me weird looks and even refused to talk to me! but we're close again :3

last Wednesday, went to the gym with my laopo. not a bad workout. but as predicted, we made plans to go out after. haha but instead of dinner, we went to Starbucks.

after awhile, we got bored, then Kri suggested we go to McD for the buy 1 free 1 nuggets. hahaha. but we didn't have any coupons with us. so guess who was the pity brother that had to print out coupons for us so late at night? xD

we arrived at McD 15minutes before 12? rofl. close call. probably one of the lasts to have the nuggets. and damn they were divine. seriously mouth watering. never bought them cause who would choose nuggets over Big Mac?! just saying.

i want my hair to be the exact shade of purple in this picture. it's possible, but it ain't cheap.

i'd need money to first straighten my hair, 'cause curly purple hair.. just doesn't seem right to me.
then i'd have to bleach it, dye it purple. let's not even think about how many times i have to dye it cause my hair is too black!
and when the color fades, i'd have to redye it all over again.

and what'll happen to my hair? exhausted from all that hair dye. i'd have to go for treatments regularly.

i guess the conclusion is obvious:

maybe next lifetime.

hello!
it's been a schedule packed weekend for the Four Seasons.

if you were wondering, le Four Seasons is the name we came up for our group consisting of Step, Jess, Jac and I. and as the title suggests, i'm Summer! :D

we performed during Father Andy's 10th Anniversary dinner last night. it was.. scary, and fun at the same time. so much went on before the event, one by one we started to panic and feel stressed. or maybe it was just me. thankfully, all was well in the end. like Jac's dad always say, just do your best, you're performing for the Lord, not for anyone else. :)

so on Friday, met up with SS, Kri, Susan and Doris. had lunch at the new Naga Liar at Pelita. i didn't order though cause i was late :s
but the look on their faces show that the food isn't fulfilling at all. i mean, half an egg? *shakes head*

anyways, we went to Imperial after lunch. so many things caught my eye but no money to buy. ahaha. typical Melo. then in the evening went for manicure with Jac!! it was my first time. kinda burnt a hole in my pocket, but it was fun. being pampered is fun. :]

anyways, on Saturday, headed over to Jess' house for some final practice, then we went off to Park City Everly for the sound check. it was damn hot. -.-

we were all even more stressed. hahaha. after lunch at Pete's Deli, Jess and Steph went over to Michael Saloon to wash their hairs. after much thinking, Jac and I followed too. gahhh~ it was heart breaking, really, spending so much in one weekend. lolol. but I felt so-o-o relaxed. like nothing mattered. it was funnnnnnn~

now i'm anticipating working life, so i can afford all these luxury. muahaha.

ughghg and somehow i miss having straight hair now. why is life so mean. hahaha

familiar? well maybe you've seen this chick around once or twice.

so i'm in a swell mood right now. for a sec it feels like the holidays aren't here yet. but then, lo and behold, the feeling slowly sank in as good news after good news started showering me.

firstly, thanks to Jau's help, i can now play MapleStory on my lappy, along with my three brothers. :D
secondly, everyone's available for our dinner date tonight. finally meeting my ai ren Wong S S!
then suddenly i was struck with news that PL will be coming back tonight!
breakfast date tomorrow with Wee, Katty, Rebecca and her badminton gang (first time meeting them lol)
last but not least, practice with the church leng lui's. hahahaha and seeing my dalring, after oh so long. :)
not to forget sleepover with the retards this Tuesday. and sing K with Katty them on Thurs. hahahaha i just hope i have sufficient $$ for all fun fun fun :9
