judgmental

i always use to have this view on people with tattoos and/or piercings -- that they're intimidating and scary, and it's best not to mess with them.

how judgmental am i for thinking so?

just because they have tattoos doesn't make them bad people. yes, I do know some people with tattoos, and they turn out to be pretty nice people! but sometimes it's just so hard to not judge, i'm not perfect ya know.

and to my horror i noticed a friend of mine has a tattoo on his back. my first reaction was: "what?????!!!!!!!! seriously???! why would you do that?"

after calming myself, (and also to be honest it was totally none of my business), I told myself that it's his decision and that addition to his body doesn't necessary mean he's a changed person now, he's still a nice guy. heh :)

also, I saw my 'best friend' in campus today. (no idea why I nicknamed him that but the nickname stuck.) he dropped out of school few years back, i bumped into him quite awhile, and he told me he regretted dropping out, he should've continued studying and that it's too late to go back. but guess what? he's back in Curtin and i'm so proud of him! :')

besides, everyone deserves a second chance, no?

school starts Monday!! which is like, a weekend away. and we all know how weekends fly by. it's like they don't exist. boohoo

and sad enough for me i'm gonna spend the first week of school A-L-O-N-E! all because my dear friend is still on honeymoon with her hubby T_T oh please let me find a partner so i don't have to go through school alone. *sobs *

and just recently i found out that Finals results from every sem are gonna be added together to get the average during our final year! what?! I wasn't aware of this. All the while I thought I still had time, that I can still study hard during my last year and get a decent job with those results. but now I found out about this?? oh my gosh. my lousy results from previous semesters, all stored somewhere in Curtin's big web of information. /sigh

I really need to work harder this sem. (i know I say this every sem but I really really hope this time i mean it) can you tell i'm on the verge of a break down? I did fairly well during Foundation but guess what, FOUNDATION RESULTS AREN'T INCLUDED! whut?! whyyyyyy. shit. okay i'll quit the complaining. study hard. that's the only way out for me.

hi, it's really been a while, hasn't it?

New Year was fantabulous, spent it at Marudi with my relatives and family. We had so much fun back there.. hmm but I went back to Miri during the 3rd day of New Year due to the many plans ahead with my friends.  -- visiting, Excapade Sushi and Sing K!

ooh and one new thing about me, (which is probably quite obvious if you stalk my facebook or twitter) --- I bought a new phone! like finallyyy. actually mum and dad sponsored most of it for me, yeah love them to bits for that. haha <3
